Mildred Colvin (1921–2005) was a listed Kentucky artist primarily known for her regional landscape and rural scene paintings.

While central Kentucky barns, country stores, and historical structures were her main subjects, she also produced traditional still life floral oil paintings. A primary example of her floral work is a documented 1967 original oil on canvas board which depicts two roses in a vase with foliage set against a dark, tonal brown background.
