Safety & Installation Tips – Torque all terminals to 4–6 N·m to prevent arcing; secure converter, harness, and wires under vehicle to avoid chafing; install in 0 °C–50 °C, ≤ 85 % RH, with free airflow around the aluminum-cast shell’s vents.

Built-In Protection & Reliability Testing – Never exceed 360 W continuous load (peak surges ≤ 400 W); overload protector trips on over-current (remove load and wait 60 s before retry); each unit passes automated optical inspection, 1 h full-load burn-in, and surge/overload simulation.
