On shirts / tops, the 2nd to the last picture is the pit-to-pit (chest) measurement. The last picture is the shoulder to hem (length) measurement.
On jeans / bottoms, The 3rd to the last picture is the waist measurement, the 2nd to the last picture is the rise, and the last picture is the inseam.
Shipping Policy:
All items, unless otherwise stated, will be shipped free of charge, within 2 business days, excluding federal holidays. We do not offer shipping outside the continental US.
Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS ground advantage. We cannot guarantee a delivery date once an item is out of our hands. We do not offer shipping service upgrades.
In some cases we may ship your order in multiple packages. If this occurs we will message you with all tracking numbers when they are available. Orders over $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
Return Policy:
Returns are accepted, free of charge, within 30 days of purchase. Upon accepting the return, you will be issued a pre-paid label. Please carefully package the item so as to keep it in its original condition if possible. Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving the return package. Please message us if you need help with the process.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be issued without a return of the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns after the 30 day window.
Cancellations:
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please open a cancellation request through the order details page. Please do not request a cancellation solely through messaging us, as this may result in your order being shipped before reading your message.
Per Ebay policy, we cannot ship to an address other than the one provided at checkout. If you place an order and realize the address is incorrect, please request a cancellation. Upon accepting the cancellation, the item will be relisted, so you may reorder with the correct address.
