Enjoy life as J.R. and Sue Ellen did!A rare item for collectors. Ranch Oak table made circa 1950s in Fort Worth, Texas by A. Brandt Furniture. The table without leaves is 42” x 42” round. The 3 leaves are each 14”. Maximum width therefore is 84” x 42”. The table has the original finish, with some color variation between the main body of the table and the leaves. Beginning in 1938, Brandt Ranch Oak Furniture was made for nearly fifty years in Fort Worth, Texas. German immigrant August Brandt established A. Brandt Company, Inc., in 1900, but it was August's son Paul who engineered the Ranch Oak furniture line more than 30 years later. Paul Brandt served as company president for approximately 50 years. He passed away in 1999 at age 87. See
