Up for sale is a vintage Chinese Shiwan (Shekwan) pottery mudman figurine depicting a wise elder or fisherman holding a large blue fish. This piece features a striking, glossy green and yellow glazed robe. The face, beard, and base are left unglazed in the traditional mudware style.

• Subject: Wise Elder / Fisherman holding fish
• Material: Hand-molded clay with vibrant Sancai-style glaze
• Dimensions: Approximately 3.5 inches tall
• Condition: AS-IS / DAMAGED BASE. The top portion, glazed robe, and main figure are in good cosmetic condition with no cracks. However, the unglazed clay base has a substantial chip/fracture on the underside (please closely review the dedicated base photo). The figurine still stands upright perfectly fine for display, but it is priced accordingly due to this defect.
