Own a spectacular piece of turn-of-the-century European luxury combined with local cinematic charm! This authentic matching pair of antique A. Lanternier & Co. Limoges French porcelain bowls was sourced directly from Creative Film Connections (CFC) in New Orleans—the premier professional prop house supplying set decorations for major "Hollywood South" film and television productions.

While the exact on-screen history for these specific pieces is not documented, props from this warehouse have regularly dressed sets for hit series like "Interview with the Vampire," "American Horror Story," "NCIS: New Orleans," "The Originals," and "Queen Sugar." It makes for an incredible, storied conversation piece!

Crafted in Limoges, France between 1891 and 1914, these pieces feature the gorgeous "Rust Red Floral Urn" pattern. The wide porcelain shoulder is decorated with an intricate rust-red/terracotta border of delicate golden scrolls and green leaf details, broken up by exquisite purple-and-blue classical floral urn medallions. The rims are elegantly finished in a gold gilt trim.

***PLEASE NOTE CONDITION DETAILS: This listing includes two (2) matching bowls with distinct conditions. One bowl is in gorgeous antique condition with no cracks. The second bowl features a complete hairline fracture that runs all the way through the porcelain body from the top well to the underside (clearly visible in photos). The flawed piece is stable but entirely non-functional. The pair is sold strictly AS-IS for decorative display-only use in a china cabinet, a unique gift for a cinephile, or an authentic antique prop collection.***
