This 14 karat yellow gold open-heart pendant features a brightly polished finish and is set with eight round brilliant diamonds of I color and VS-2 over one lobe of the heart. The diamond weight collectively is .08 carats. Enhancing the design is a graceful channeled accent that sweeps across the center of the heart. 

The pendant and bail are integrated and measure approximately 9.8mm in height, 6.10mm in width, and 5.00mm in depth.
