18K Gold Natural Ruby & Diamond Ring – 1.38 CTW Diamonds, Oval Ruby (Heat-Treated)

Crafted in solid 18K gold, this striking ring features a vivid oval-cut ruby framed by a halo of brilliant diamonds, offering a bold yet timeless look. 

The center stone has been examined and displays characteristics consistent with natural ruby (corundum). It shows strong red fluorescence under ultraviolet light and contains internal features such as fingerprint and veil-like inclusions, supporting a natural origin. There are no indications of glass filling or composite construction observed under magnification and fiber optic lighting. 

The ruby shows evidence of heat treatment, a standard and permanent enhancement commonly used to improve the color and clarity of most rubies in today’s market. Under magnification, some inclusions appear partially altered, consistent with thermal treatment. Close inspection reveals natural, surface-reaching inclusions, which are typical of the gemstone and treatment and do not detract from its vibrant color. 

Surrounding the center stone are 28 natural round brilliant cut diamonds, measuring approximately 1.8 mm to 2.6 mm, with a combined total weight of approximately 1.38 carats. The diamonds are set in a combination of flush and channel settings, adding texture and brilliance while maintaining a smooth, wearable profile.
