Vintage 1951 Elgin 14K Gold Diamond Cocktail Watch – .75ctw – Swiss 17J – Original Box 

An elegant and highly collectible mid-century diamond cocktail watch by Elgin National Watch Company, crafted in solid 14K gold and set with approximately .75 carat total weight of natural diamonds. 

This refined ladies dress watch features a rectangular diamond-set bezel and articulated diamond-set lugs in a graceful V design. The watch retains its original Elgin box and band and is currently in excellent running condition. 

A beautiful example of early 1950s American luxury design.
