The stone was later upgraded with a custom handmade 14K yellow gold enhancer bail with a secure foldover safety, allowing it to be worn confidently on a favorite chain, pearls, or beaded strands for versatile fine-jewelry styling. 

The lapis displays a rich ultramarine blue accented by natural pyrite inclusions — a hallmark of fine-quality material. The pendant measures 2.625 inches in total length with the bail (2 inches without), 1.375 inches wide, and 8 mm deep, and has a substantial weight of 23.22 grams, giving it a beautiful presence in hand.
