This open heart pendant and chain was sold by R.H. Macy & Co., the original name for Macy's, the iconic American department store founded by Rowland H. Macy in 1858.  The pendant is crafted from 10 karat yellow and white gold and set with four round single-cut diamonds that measure 1.1mm in diameter. The pendant and bail measure .875" in width and 1" in length. The pendant is suspended on a 14 karat yellow gold filled 18" long chain.
