This authentic Art Deco lavender chalcedony marcasite necklace is a beautifully preserved example of early 20th century continental European silverwork. The pendant is set with a luminous natural lavender chalcedony cabochon and accented with finely hand-set marcasites in a striking geometric architectural design.

Dating to approximately 1925–1940, this elegant piece reflects the exceptional craftsmanship associated with continental European silverwork of the period, most likely originating from Germany or Czechoslovakia—regions internationally recognized for their high-quality marcasite jewelry.

The softly translucent chalcedony displays a refined lavender hue with a gentle inner glow, perfectly complemented by the subtle brilliance of the surrounding marcasites. The pendant’s clean lines and stepped form exemplify the timeless sophistication and balance that define Art Deco design.

The pendant is suspended from a vintage sterling silver chain featuring finely drawn textured links consistent with early 20th century European manufacture, completing the piece with period authenticity and elegance.

Both pendant and chain remain in excellent to near-mint vintage condition, with minimal wear and beautifully preserved original finish.

This is a particularly fine example of Art Deco jewelry—well suited for collectors and equally stunning as a distinctive everyday signature piece.
