This antique 1920s navette 14-karat yellow gold split-shank ring is bezel-set with one large 23mm x 6mm x 4.7mm(d) marquise-shaped agate cabochon gemstone. Just below the bezel is a lovely textured 22K-24K gold frame or halo for the agate, which consists of small, low-profile gold nuggets in a tiered pattern.

This ring is quite attractive, with the warm brown and orange colors of the agate and the gold's two-tone texture and bright polished finish. The underside of the ring has been nicely done, and it shows that great care was put into the craftsmanship of this ring. It is in excellent condition, which, along with the overall size of the gemstone, makes this ring quite rare. #90
