Hand-Carved Classical Helmeted Lady in .800 Silver Frame

This striking antique shell cameo features a beautifully hand-carved classical female profile, likely inspired by Athena (Minerva), the Greco-Roman goddess of wisdom and strength. The finely detailed carving showcases elegant facial features, flowing hair, and a crested helmet — all rendered in creamy white relief against a warm coral-orange ground. 

The cameo is set in an ornate .800 silver openwork frame with delicate scroll detailing. It is designed as both a brooch and pendant, allowing it to be worn on a chain or pinned as a statement piece.
