I built this wand to tell a story about movement, cycles, and the constant ebb and flow of life—how things end so that something brand new can begin. The design follows a journey starting from the seashore through the depths of the sea, all the way up to an ocean sunrise and sunset.
If you're going through a major transition, closing an old chapter, or working with a lot of emotional alchemy, this piece was made to be a physical anchor for that shifting energy.
The Story Behind the Piece:
The Deep Ocean & The Shipwreck (The Base): The very bottom starts in the dark depths of the sea with a raw, decaying shell wrapped in copper wire. I wove in a beachy mix of Citrine, Carnelian, and Quartz—and even tied a little intentional knot into the wrap to show the movement of the undercurrents pulling things down. It’s meant to look and feel like a sunken shipwreck treasure covered in sand.
The Waves & The Jewel (The Center): Rising up from the depths, you hit the surface where a stunning, square piece of Labradorite acts as the focal jewel of the sea. Branching out from it are iridescent purple Abalone shell points, stacked to look exactly like rolling waves breaking over the water.
The Sunrise & Sunset (The Crown): Moving past the waves and breaking into the sky, I created a rich transition to signify the sun setting while the moon rises. This section is a heavy mix of Agates, Citrine, Tiger's Eye, and Smoky Quartz. At the very peak, I set a silver crescent moon and a sun charm, hand-wrapping the sun in solid copper so the wire acts like rays of light emanating over the water.
How to Use It:
This is a highly textured, completely unique piece that feels substantial to hold when you need to ground your thoughts. It’s perfect for:
An anchor tool for transition rituals, new beginnings, or shadow work.
Aligning your practice with cyclic energies like seasonal changes, sunrises, or moon phases.
A major statement piece for a water altar or coastal sacred space.
