1970s Vintage hand blown free form studio art glass bowl in blue and white, abstractly reminiscent of a seashell, made in Poland. Translucent cobalt blue, opaque white and clear glass centerpiece bowl standing on a narrow flat bottom base, the bowl is anamorphic in its sense of natural movement that resembles a large conch seashell with pointed tendrils flared out one edge of the bowl while its opposite side had a curled edge much like a sea shell. Blue and white swirled throughout the art glass piece. This piece is one that evokes attention and once noticed by a passerby it gets a minimum of a second look and often becomes a conversation piece. Whether used as a centerpiece on a coffee table or an objet d'art showcased on an etagere or the star attraction on a bookcase this glass work of art adds value and sophisticated abstract minimalism wherever it lives.
