Two wooden hand carved wooden plaques that depict South Asian farm life. Although created as independent sculptures one as separate from the other, they are currently affixed by nails with one plaque that is smaller in length sitting at the top of the other which has a top portion that is covered and presumably plain wood that is not carved. The longer plaque has 4 small wooden squares attached en verso. It is unknown why any of this is the way it is but it remains beautiful albeit unusual. The top wall sculpture measures: 16"W x 15"H x 2 "D; the bottom piece measures 16"W x 31"H x 2"D.
