Whimsical Hand Painted Hanging Plates by "The California Cleminsons"
designed by Betty Cleminson who founded a pottery with her husband, George, called "California Clay" in 1941. This little plate is a pretty baby blue with a hand painted image of a young girl at her spinning wheel and the other plate is the same with a girl and a butter churn.
