It is a complete magazine, not just a cover, focused on do-it-yourself upgrades, engine swaps, and off-road action. The magazine shows some signs of wear. There is some minor creasing to the top left corner. There is a large mailing sticker on the lower part of the front cover. I don't see any major rips or tears. Overall, it's in decent shape considering its age.
