This is a full May 2013 issue of Four Wheeler magazine, the world's leading 4x4 authority. This issue is packed with expert advice on building and buying off-road vehicles on a budget. The magazine has some edge wear, including some slight creasing along the top edge. There's also a stain or scuff mark to the left of the title "Four Wheeler," possibly some slight fading in the darker areas of the cover image but nothing really serious. There's a mailing label at the bottom right of the front cover. Overall it presents well and is a great read for any off-road enthusiast.
