This is a full vintage magazine, Issue #16 from July 1991. Its main use was as the premier price guide for football card collectors of the era. This item is a fantastic piece of sports memorabilia and collecting history. The magazine shows some minor wear. The colors are still fairly vibrant, suggesting minimal fading. There is some minor creasing or bending on the bottom left corner. No major rips, tears, or writing are visible, although there seems to be something taped to the book in the lower left of the cover.
