1. What Can Be Returned?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Eligible items for return must be in their original condition, with all the original packaging and accessories intact. You've got up to 60 days from the delivery date to decide if it's the perfect fit for you.
2. What Can't Be Returned?
- Brand New Items: If it's brand new and still sealed up tight, we can't take it back. Make sure you're sure before you crack open that packaging.
- Oversized or Heavy Items: Some things are just too big to send back. (Double-check the dimensions before you add it to your cart.) Anything via USPS Ground Advantage is returnable (unless otherwise stated); Anything USPS Priority Mail is considered a grey area on being Oversized (please check the items return policy to determine returnability for a specific item), Anything bigger would be ineligible for returning.
- Untested or Parts Items: Items listed as untested or sold for parts are final sale. Be sure to read up on the item's description and condition before you buy.
- Non-Functional Items: If it's clearly marked as non-functional or not working, it's yours to keep. Take a good look at the info provided before you make your choice.
- Tampered Electronics: Once that grey tamper-proof sticker is off, we can't accept it back under any circumstances.
3. How to Start a Return?
