Shipping Policies:
We are shipping out every order within 24 hours (or less) after receiving payment. All of our packages are pre-sealed and quality checked before they are sent out via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and will include a packing slip inside with your new purchase.
We also offer FREE local pickup for those who may be visiting or residing in the NW Missouri area, (we are located in Stanberry Missouri).
Local Pickup Hours are from 10AM to 5PM weekdays, excluding holidays, and must be scheduled with us beforehand to ensure someone will be available with your order during those hours.
We sometimes reuse packaging supplies when possible as a way of helping improve the environment.
Return Policies:
On most items we offer 100% free domestic returns as a convenience for our customers in case an item doesn't fit or has a unexpected defect. Usually we specify each and every item's returnability within the description of every listing.
In some cases we will not offer returns to be made if the item hasn't been tested by us personally, is completely unused, sealed, or never removed from the original packaging as a way of helping us prevent scammers from doing what they do.
Another reason we may not offer returns is because of the size and/or weight of the item may be too large, or too heavy to financially allow us to be able to cover return postage for that particular item.
