"Flower Girl of Provence" Commemorative Plate by Artist Edna Hibel in 1977. This is a limited run of this design with this one being 1443. of 12750. The plate is in the impressionism style with multi-colors of blue with violets, pinks all found within the porcelain. The American artist Edna Hibel was commissioned for the grand opening of the Hibel Museum of Art in Palm Beach, Florida in 1977.
