It has a hand written label for fifty cents for all items, so we definitely believe this to be a vintage piece. There are push buttons to dispense which item you choose. The steel has a coat of brown paint with Tom's written in white with a signature red background. There are scraps and signs of wear that are consistent with its vintage age + use. See
