LC1 Sling Chair by Le Corbusier Cassina. Also known as the Camp Chair and Basculant Chair, this iconic design was introduced by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand, in 1928. The chair is defined by a tubular steel frame paired with a taut black leather sling seat, back, and arm supports. Its balanced proportions and exposed structural elements reflect the modernist language that made the design a lasting classic. Cassina’s production preserves the original character of the piece while emphasizing the chair’s architectural lines and distinctive suspended form. This piece is signed and dated. It is in good condition with visible and minimal wear from usage. Made in Italy. Additional Measurements: Arm Height - 23 inches Seat Height - 15 inches
