Add museum-quality elegance to your collection with this genuine antique fine porcelain dinner plate. Manufactured in Limoges, France, by the esteemed Charles Field Haviland / Gerard, Dufraisseix and Morel partnership, this piece dates precisely between 1882 and 1890. It features a delicate, asymmetrical spray of hand-painted yellow and gray wild roses, brambles, and foliage on a crisp white porcelain ground.

The plate boasts a beautifully molded ruffled, scalloped edge accented with an elegant shaded pink border rim and detailed sponge-gilt gold accents. The back bears both the CFH / GDM underglaze white ware mark and the circular green overglaze decorating mark.

Measurements: Measures approximately 9.75 inches in diameter.

Condition: Very good antique condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. Shows light, age-appropriate utensil marks on the front face and minor rubbing wear to the gold gilt along the outer rim edge.
