Elevate your space with this stunning piece of Mid-Century Modern Italian art pottery, manufactured in Italy during the 1960s. Strongly reminiscent of Aldo Londi's iconic Seta (Silk) series for Bitossi, this exquisite bowl showcases a sophisticated sgraffito technique. The exterior is masterfully decorated with hand-incised combed lines cut into a white slip texture, creating a beautiful contrast against geometric vertical blocks of brilliant metallic gold luster glaze.

The interior features a clean, complementary solid soft terracotta-blush glaze accented by a gleaming gold rim trim. The underside is hand-marked with the shape or series number 3882 alongside Italy. It serves as a striking centerpiece bowl or catchall tray for a Hollywood Regency or modernist interior.

Measurements: Measures approximately 7.5 inches in diameter and stands 3.5 inches tall.

Condition: Very good vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or structural issues. The metallic gold luster remains bright with very minimal surface rubbing, and the interior glaze is clear with only faint shelf wear on the unglazed base ring.
