Early 1900s antique metal hand grater with wire bail handle and dual-function slicing and grating surfaces. Made of tinned steel with original aged patina. Unmarked, as commonly seen with early household tinware. Originally used for cheese, vegetables, and root crops. Today it makes an excellent primitive farmhouse décor piece or antique kitchen display item. Strong rustic character with authentic wear from age and use. Circa 1900–1930. No reproductions.
