Constructed from beautifully grained solid mahogany, the cabinet features an elegant straight-front silhouette flanked by fluted column pilasters. It has four drawers with traditional dovetail construction, providing ample and sturdy storage. Each drawer is adorned with its original, heavy solid brass batwing bail pull that has developed an authentic vintage patina. The chest rests on a deeply carved apron featuring a central scallop shell motif, supported by classic cabriole legs terminating in elegant pad feed on the front and squared cabriole legs on the rear. The back of the piece retains its original manufacturer's paper label.
