A fine mid-century occasional table, hand-crafted in France. This piece is an exceptional example of Parisian furniture-making, featuring a scalloped "trèfle" (clover) silhouette and elegant Louis XV proportions. Stamped "Made in France" on the underside, it represents the high-level craftsmanship of the mid-20th-century French workshops.

The top showcases a stunning floral bouquet rendered in an array of exotic fruitwoods. This central motif is set against a four-way book-matched Kingwood veneer, creating a beautiful sense of symmetry and depth.

The table is adorned with classic French bronze doré (gilt bronze) mounts. Elegant scrolled foliate "chutes" decorate the knees, while traditional bronze "sabots" protect the feet.

Good vintage condition with a rich, glowing patina. The marquetry is intact with usual crackling. Minor age-appropriate wear to the apron and some light chipping to the edge banding (typical for pieces of this era) are present but do not detract from its beauty. Structural joinery is solid.
