What a special piece! A burnout/devoré floral skirt in blush and antique rose, with a metallic copper thread running through the pattern and along the hem trim, a fluffy bouclé-style waistband trim, and a separate cream silk-look underskirt with its own scalloped hem. Good condition - 2 holes in the silk at the hem (see pictures). No fabric tag, but mostly made out of burnout velvet, likely polyester, and silk chiffon at the triangles (see images).
