What a find! This top was a part of XTRA's "Romantic White" collection from the late 90s. This era of Xtra (1997-199) was characterized by Victorian-inspired designs. They used patchwork-style lace panels, delicate floral eyelet embroidery, and high-quality 100% cotton.
The structured, slightly cropped fit with adjustable spaghetti straps was designed to be both innerwear and outerwear. This was a big trend in late-90s Italian and European fashion.
